Participants will learn to develop an effective visual arts program for the classroom or school. Through hands on experience, teachers will develop concepts in visual arts that include important instructional components and enable an understanding of the power of aesthetic experience, a lifetime reward. Insights between literacy connections of the visual arts and language arts are explored.
