This AVID ElevateXP professional learning experience is designed to address and meet the current and unprecedented needs for K–12 and higher education educators, counselors, and site leaders to foster an equitable and engaging culture in a digital environment. Participants will explore current research and engage in critical conversations around the composition of a culturally responsive digital classroom. This collaborative experience will engage participants in strategies that will guide them in creating a safe online community, empowering student voice, and establishing and maintaining rigorous, high expectations in a virtual setting.
