Learn the proper procedures for installing, maintaining, and dispensing beer through a draught system. Hands-on instruction will provide guidance in temperature and storage, handling nitrogen and carbon dioxide, line cleaning, and quality assurance and troubleshooting.
Note: Due to the impact of COVID-19, all in-class courses will be delivered remotely in alignment with the following statement by the Chancellor at UC San Diego.
