This class focuses on identifying the different types of GRE questions and teaching the most effective approaches and strategies for each of the question types. A portion of the fundamental knowledge tested on the GRE will also be covered. The teaching methodology is mostly problem based and encourages participation in class and through email. The instructor also provides students with information about useful GRE resources, enabling students to build on the skills and information learned during the class, to put together an effective study plan, and to continue studying and improving outside of class. Students will receive: 16 hours of instruction; experienced instructors; full GRE practice tests with analysis of results; Small classes and additional tutoring, as needed.

Note: This class is free for UC San Diego undergraduate students, but space is limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
