Educate, protect and support mother/infant lactation care

Our university-based program and courses provide clinical training for those interested in working with the mother/baby/breastfeeding dyad. We offer all levels of clinical lactation education, whether you are new to the field, working towards your IBCLC credential or are already a working IBCLC and need continuing education credits. Our LEC, LC and CERP programs and courses will provide you with the education needed to meet your goal.

This program prepares students to become lactation educators with skills to promote breastfeeding and to interact in the breastfeeding situation by assisting and encouraging the breastfeeding triad of mother, baby, and support person.
