Powerful Tools. Hands-On Experience. Expert Mentoring.

Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is a set of tools, techniques, and operating principles that represents the best of practices in quality and process improvement, resulting in improved performance and reduced costs. The goal is to evaluate processes and focus on simplifying steps and determining ways to achieve faster outcomes. Ultimately, by identifying variation in our process and defining the expectations of our customers, then we can move toward faster and more accurate processes.

This five-month Certificate program is based on the established DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control).  The training is beneficial for participants who have process improvement responsibilities and wish to advance their career, as well as those individuals who are new to the tool set and want to:

  • Improve Quality and Delivery
  • Be Competitive and Save Money
  • Gain Better Customer & Employee Satisfaction

" The curriculum was a perfect mix of Lean Six Sigma theory, practical applications and the completion of an actual LSSBB project for certification. Unexpectedly, the real value was the collective learning and connections that I have made as a result of this course. "
-LSS Black Belt Student
" Being able to learn and apply the principals in a company was very rewarding. It allowed me to work in a new environment as an intern. The goal of $100,000 projected annual savings and referrals from the company sponsor will speak volumes to future employers. "
-LSS Black Belt Student
" The Black Belt program provided me with an extremely sought after skill set that has already attracted the attention of potential employers. Companies that have contacted me are very excited that I am a LSSBB and PMP; apparently it is a very rare and desirable combination. "
