In this class, we will explore the intricacies of the World Wide Web and how it functions by creating a chatbox using Python programming. In building our chatbox, we will look at how a message traverses the web from a person at one point on Earth to another. We will also discover ways we can make this communication secure and faster. Experience in Python is welcome but not necessary.

Note: This class is designed for middle school students. The Sally Ride Science Junior Academy courses are designed to inspire young adults to pursue careers in STE[+a]M.
