This four hour seminar will provide hands-on training in leading trial presentation software. Students will receive an extended license of TrialDirector good for five months that can be used in court. Topics to be covered in class include: organizing digital evidence for trial, displaying and annotating exhibits, working with deposition transcripts to create impeachment clips and clips in lieu of live testimony, and dealing with common technical errors. Students will also be provided with practical tips for dealing with the logistics of court room setup and tips from an expert and leader in the field with years of using digital evidence in trials to avoid common rookie mistakes.

Other Credits: UCSD certifies that this activity is approved by the State Bar of California for 4 hours of MCLE credit.
