This workshop is targeted to new paralegals seeking to understand the intricacies of USPTO forms and procedures. Participants will acquire basic skills to better assist patent attorneys with their daily workflow. Topics will include docketing, timelines, deadlines, filing procedures, USPTO correspondence, and form completion. Checklists will be provided to help the students assure that critical components are not missed.

Other Credits: This seminar is approved by the State Bar of California for 6 hours of MCLE credit.
