Join us for this information-packed workshop featuring Trent Russell, the Founder of Greenskies Analytics, and Host of The Audit Podcast. Learn about the appropriate applications of analytics in the audit profession.  Observe a live analysis of real data using various tools, and discover the difference between artificial intelligence, analytics, machine learning, and robotic process automation (RPA).  Continuous monitoring and machine learning techniques will also be presented.

Participants will receive a workbook (e-format) with multiple examples of completed audit analytics testing procedures. 

Format: The workshop will be conducted live using Zoom. The Zoom meeting link will be emailed to enrolled students 48 hours prior to the event.

Featured Speaker: 
Trent Russell is the Founder of Greenskies Analytics. He graduated from the University of Alabama with an MIS degree before joining Ernst & Youngs’ IT Risk Assurance practice where he served multiple industries. He later joined the Financial Service Office at EY and facilitated the development of data analytics procedures. At Greenskies he develops data analysis and hands-free monitoring solutions for forward-thinking internal audit teams.
