Learn to accurately assess organizational training needs and identify priority training topics, learning objectives, instructional approaches and evaluation techniques. Explore techniques for overcoming resistance to change. Practice establishing and justifying a training budget and critiquing training products and services offered by vendors and consultants. Learn to quantify training results and their impact to the organization's bottom line.
