Mr. Robert Fernandez serves on the faculty for the OSHA Training Institute at University of California San Diego with over 30 years’ experience from the field to the classroom. Mr. Fernandez is bi-lingual and has translated several OSHA classes into Spanish for OSHA courses. He is one of a few instructors in the country who presents OSHA courses in English and Spanish in the areas of Construction 500, 510 and General Industry 511, 501. He also serves on the faculty at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) for the Continuing Education and Outreach School and in the Labor/ Occupational Safety and Health Program in Hazardous Materials, OSHA and EPA. Fernandez is a California Specialized Training Institute (CSTI) Instructor /HAZWOPER Trainer and a Director/Trainer for EPA (United States Environmental Protection Agency.)
Mr. Fernandez was the keynote speaker and Instructor at Job Corps Internationals' National conference in Denver, CO. July 2011 on Safety and EPA Standards and Certifications. He has been a guest speaker on Safety in the Workplace at other venues. Robert consults in the area of safety for private companies.
