Understand the principles of Human Factors and User Interface Design, including theories of human-computer interaction, and design principles and standards. The course also focuses on user and task analysis (framing, establishing goals), field research methods (observation, interviewing, testing, documentation of personas, budgeting), usability testing and the UX process (task models user journeys, content requirements, wireframes), and more.
