This program prepares students to perform well on the MCAT (Medical College Admission Test) by providing up to 30 hours of one-on-one coaching over the course of a year. The instructor will work directly with each student by phone and video conferencing to provide assignments and progress reviews. Students will learn timing strategies to maximize their score on the MCAT along with powerful problem-solving strategies for the CARS (Critical Analysis and Reasoning) and science sections of the test. The program covers MCAT strategy but does not include coaching on science review. Enrollment includes registration in STEPS, an online system that puts students in touch with potential study partners.
