Debbie Inada has been an ESL instructor for the English Language Institute (ELI) at UCSD Extension since July 1988. She has taught ESL at all levels and in all skill areas, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking as well as grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary. In addition to her extensive experience teaching ESL, Debbie has taught in UCSD's TEFL Certificate Program since 2006 and served on ELI's Curriculum and Assessment Committees since 2009. While serving on these committees, Debbie assisted in the CEA accreditation process for ELI and created libraries for reading classes at the low intermediate to intermediate levels.
